Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, education of clients and staff, and ongoing professional development, including travel as needed and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing with NP diploma required.
• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant community-based clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior clinical official for the Clinic and satellite sites.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop management plans.
• Prescribe and manage therapies with safety and reconciliation.
• Lead quality improvement and participate in program evaluation.
• Mentor staff and supports to build capacity and excellence.
