Halton Region in Burlington seeks a Nurse Practitioner to lead advanced nursing care in fixed and mobile sexual health clinics, addressing STI care, HIV, and family planning. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, perform diagnoses, and contribute to health promotion initiatives.
The role reports to the Manager of Sexual Health and requires a Master’s in Nursing and a minimum of 5 years in public health or primary care. Flexibility and travel within Halton are expected.
