Qualifications

• BSN is required; MS in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Valid state RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in nursing leadership with a strong clinical background.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care.

Responsabilités
