Job summary

As a Critical Care Nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with life-threatening conditions and complex medical needs in intensive care settings. Your expertise will be vital in monitoring, assessing,and managing critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of criticallyill patients, including monitoring vital signs, interpreting diagnostic tests,and evaluating medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plansin collaboration with the healthcare team, addressing the unique needs of eachpatient.
• Administer medications, intravenous therapies,and other treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safetyprotocols.

Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinkingskills to respond effectively to emergencies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) orsimilar credentials preferred.
