Job summary

Destinationone Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support diverse clinical settings across Ontario, including hospitals, clinics, and community health organizations. Responsibilities include thorough health assessments, developing individualized plans, documenting in EHR, and staying current with nursing practices and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must have BSN or ADN from an accredited program.
• Valid state RN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in healthcare preferred; critical care, pediatrics, or geriatrics advantageous.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments including history and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and prevention.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Document care in electronic health records (EHR).
• Follow infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Advocate for patients and provide emotional support.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay current with nursing practice.
