Job summary

MDSearch is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN with medical aesthetics experience to join a well-established aesthetic clinic in Calgary. You will work closely with an on-site physician and a marketing team supporting patient acquisition and personal brand development.

Responsibilities include delivering results-driven treatment plans, performing procedures safely, pre-booking, and maintaining patient flow while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Current license in Alberta as an RN or LPN is required.
• 3+ years of experience in cosmetic injections and medical aesthetics is required.
• Existing clientele or following is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols.
• Perform procedures safely in a high-volume setting.
• Pre-book and maintain treatment cadence for outcomes and clinic flow.
• Provide high-quality patient experiences through clear communication.
• Complete post-procedure follow-up and monitoring for satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress tracking.
• Conduct consultations to assess needs and recommend care, including EBD services and skincare.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure scheduling efficiency and patient flow.
• Stay current with training, products, and techniques.

Other providers will also refer patients to them when they come in for care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, photos, and progress tracking.
• Conduct efficient consultations to assess patient needs, set expectations, and recommend appropriate care, including complementary EBD services and medical-grade skincare.
• Collaborate withthe team to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow.
• Stay current with training, products, and techniques.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and protocol adherence.
  

Requirements

• Current license in College of Nurses in Alberta as an RN or LPN.
• 3+ years of experience in cosmetic injections and medical aesthetics.
• Having an existing clientele or following is a plus, but not a requirement in this case.
