Job summary

MDSearch in downtown Ottawa is seeking a Family Physician with cosmetic injectables to join as an Aesthetic Injector. You will maintain an active clinical practice, delivering Botox, dermal fillers, PRP and other physician-led aesthetic procedures.

The position operates within a performance-driven model with revenue sharing. The earnings range from $350,000 to $450,000 annually after split, plus a monthly stipend and additional incentives based on volume and case mix.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).
• Current license in good standing with CPSO.
• Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

Job description

MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Family Physician with experience in cosmetic injectables to join a premier aesthetic clinic in downtown Ottawa as an Aesthetic Injector .

In this position, you will maintain an active clinical practice within the clinic, providing cosmetic and aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and other physician-led aesthetic procedures.

You will work collaboratively with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and clinic support team to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality aesthetic care while following established clinical protocols and standards of practice.

This opportunity is well suited to a Family Physician who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and enjoys delivering personalized, results-focused cosmetic treatments in a professional and patient-centered environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).

Compensation & Revenue Sharing:

The medical group’s model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles.

$350.000 - $450.000 for high earners annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic. Monthly stipend and an additional % on supervised treatments.

NOTE:

• Medical doctor billings are around $500K annually, with many comfortably in the six figures.
• Top performers bill over $2M annually
• Non-compete terms (for 12 months, 25km / 15km major metros)
