• Identify vaccines based on travel destination
• Offer services related to hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia and anticoagulant therapy
• Provide instruction on the use of glucometers and blood pressure devices
• Welcome patients in a professional and caring manner
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to develop nursing services

• Take blood samples.
• Assess vaccination status and health status to offer indicated vaccines such as influenza, COVID, pneumococcus, herpes zoster or based on the travel destination.
• Offer various services related to hypertension, diabetes or anticoagulant therapy.
• Provide instruction on the use of different blood glucose or blood pressure devices.
• Welcome patients in a professional and caring manner. Work with the pharmacy team to develop the service offering.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Be a member of the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec

• Be familiar with the PIQ (Protocole d’immunisation du Québec — Québec immunization protocol) and travel health
