Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking an RN/RPN for Lakeview Pioneer Lodge in Wakaw. The role encompasses assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care within a 24/7 nursing team.

Responsibilities include coordinating care under the Director of Care, performing care planning, and collaborating with the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. BScN or related nursing credentials required; BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• RN/RPN duties include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Strong nursing assessment and care planning skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-shift environment with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Director of Care, oversee patient care from assessment to evaluation.
• Participate in care planning and implementation for residents at Lakeview Pioneer Lodge.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes.
