Saskatchewan Health Authority seeks a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse for the Norquay Health Centre Long Term Care Nursing Unit. This casual position covers days, nights and weekends with no guaranteed hours, working under the supervision of the unit manager.

The role requires BScN or nursing diploma with eligibility for CRN(S)/CRPNS registration in Saskatchewan; salary is paid in a Nurse A pay band with incentives possible.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse required; CRNS/CRPNS eligibility or registration.
• Nursing degree/diploma as noted above.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care. The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Sunrise Health Region through provisions of safe quality nursing care to clients. He/She is responsible to the Manager of the designated area.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

• Nursing diploma is acceptable
• Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
