Our site Jardins du Haut Saint Laurent in Saint Augustin de Desmaures is currently looking for nurses for day, evening, and night shifts!

Profile Sought

• OIIQ permit
• Completed diploma in nursing (technical DEC or BAC)
• Experience with geriatric clients losing autonomy (an asset)
• Leadership, autonomy, and strong team spirit

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Evaluate the physical and mental condition of residents
• Exercise necessary supervision to ensure safety and quality of care
• Make decisions regarding nursing care and treatment or according to a collective prescription
• Create and maintain interactions with family and residents to encourage involvement in decision-making
• Ensure follow-up of information
• Act as a coach to care team members, ensuring quality of care, exercising clinical leadership, acting as a resource, motivating staff, and supporting them professionally and personally
