You will collaborate with the Director of Project Management and Project Managers to keep project files, schedules, and documents organized while contributing to Eclipse’s vision and culture.

This role emphasizes hands-on use of Microsoft Project, document control, and shipping paperwork within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in post-secondary program in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is a definite asset.
• PMI candidates preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and refine electronic file system and standard documents.
• Support the creation of the MS Project schedule.
• Prepare project documents in coordination with administration.
• Prepare shipping documents for projects.
• Ensure milestones are met and notify departments as needed.
• Adhere to the Eclipse Project Operating Policy.
