We are currently seeking a Resource Manager for Government Clients to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Job Title: Resource Management Senior Specialist

Location: Ottawa, Ontario (local only, no remote)

Reporting to: Senior Vice President, Canada Public Sector

We are looking for a Resource Management Senior Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing Task Authorizations (TAs) for our Federal Government clients, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective responses, and aligning internal resources while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
2. Promote NTT DATA’s capabilities to generate new Task Authorizations.
3. Maintain an accurate pipeline of upcoming opportunities.
4. Review and manage responses to TAs and Statements of Work, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
5. Manage changes in scope, processing amendments or change requests.
6. Collaborate internally to identify resources and develop external sourcing strategies.
7. Establish and maintain a database of qualified external resources.
8. Conduct quality reviews and gather feedback on deliverables and resources.
9. Work with leadership to ensure timely government contract reporting.
10. Monitor budgets, utilization, and profitability, recommending improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years managing TAs, SOWs, or similar contracts, preferably in federal government.
• Proven resource sourcing and database management skills.
• Familiarity with Canadian federal procurement and contracting processes.
• Ability to build and maintain professional government client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security clearance.
• English fluency; French is an asset.
