Senior Technical Recruiter/Lead Technical Recruiter - BFSI | Intraday Trader - FOREX

LOCATION: Peterborough, ON (Onsite)

Overview:

• Post-Secondary Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive project leading experience in manufacturing
• Experience in NPI, process validation, PFMEA, Design for manufacturing, APQP, PPAP & project management
• Lead & participate in responses to RFP requirements from potential customers about Industrialization & elaboration of recurring & non-recurring quotes.
• Verify & maintain current cost models based on product & equipment evolution.
• Suggest an industrial scheme (Make or Buy) strategy & consider all industrial constraints, ensuring the Return of Experience is incorporated.
• Contribute to the development of product development logic.
• Plan, implement & coordinate NPI activities including prototype build, qualification, product design, specifications, process validations, training needs, & test strategies.
• Review design & engineering specifications & communicate manufacturing concerns to the engineering team.
