We are seeking a Product Software Engineer to help build the world's best organizational transformation product for complex workforce planning, M&A, and organizational modeling. Our customers are making multi-hundred million dollar plans and decisions on our product with game-like UX.

• Highly interactive and pleasant to use web app using canvas
• Motivated to get the user experience right
• Experience with a complicated single-page web app
• End-to-end performance optimizations
• Postgres and query optimization experience
• Experience with Expressjs, Firebase Auth, and Firestore
• Previous startup experience
• Have built a complex web app that can be demonstrated
• Obsessed with great UI / UX
• Sense of urgency to get things done
• Works hard, learns fast, and wants to grow quickly
• Love to code, and understand that shipped code is better than perfect code
• Have a great sense of what a great product looks like and can build a delightful product
• Great and concise writer, minimizing meetings to focus on building the product
• Get things done fast with a high-quality bar
• End-to-end ownership of projects, typically defined in collaboration with customers, product, design, and other engineers
• Operate autonomously and seek help to get things done
• Actively involved in product planning
• Proactively seek additional work, be self-sufficient, and contribute to team goals
• Identify project risks and keep projects on track autonomously, updating the team regularly
• Contribute outside of core projects, including code reviews, interviewing, and establishing company/engineering culture
