Qualifications

• Recent teaching experience and BCCNM registration required or in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct in the Northern Collaborative Baccalaureate Nursing Program; deliver clinical-based experiences.
• Contribute to program goals and collaborate with CNC health sciences team.

Job Summary

The College of New Caledonia is looking for a sessional nursing faculty member to instruct in the Northern Collaborative Baccalaureate Nursing Program. CNC is looking for candidates to be involved with delivering clinical based experiences.

Skills & Qualifications

• RN with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, preference will be given to an RN with a Master’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in recent medical, surgical or gerontological areas in acute or community care settings
• A combination of equivalent experience and education will be considered
• Recent teaching experience
• Current membership and practicing registration with BCCNM
• Completion of the Provincial Instructor’s Diploma Program ( PIDP ) would be an asset
