The College of New Caledonia is looking for part-time instructors to teach the Medical Radiography Technology Program.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and prioritization skills, as well as effective interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities. A commitment to student success, lifelong learning, and collaborative practice is essential. The successful candidate will maintain current knowledge of medical radiography practice and contribute to the integration of classroom, laboratory, and clinical learning. They will contribute to program development and continuous improvement, including activities related to accreditation, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the implementation of professional and clinical standards. They will work collaboratively with CNC faculty, colleagues, clinical partners, and other educational and community partners.
Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with students, colleagues, clinical partners, and other external stakeholders. The successful candidate must be prepared to complete the Instructional Diploma Program if they do not already possess training in adult education methodology.
