Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) certification and PMP.
• Demonstrated 7+ years in leading multidisciplinary project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for end-to-end project execution of utility-scale solar and storage.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and cash flow across Canada and the US.
• Lead a cross-functional team including engineers, construction managers, and procurement.
• Drive portfolio reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
