Job summary

Prosserman JCC is seeking a Finance Director on a maternity-leave basis to lead financial management for both PJCC and SRC. You will oversee the Finance team, partner with the CFO and Board, and guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a multi-million-dollar operating budget.

The role requires a CA designation or CPA, strong not-for-profit financial experience, and adeptness with both GAAP reporting and fundraising software.

Qualifications

• Oversee budgeting, long-term planning, forecasting, and capital budgeting.
• Deliver GAAP-compliant financial reporting and analysis.
• Lead a Finance team and partner with CFO, senior management, and Board.
• Experience with grants administration and fundraising tools like Blackbaud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SRC and PJCC financial operations and Finance team.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, long-term planning, reforecasting, and capital budgeting.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage payroll, receivables, and payables.
• Ensure internal controls and GAAP compliance.
