Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Project Manager - Noise and Vibration to lead acoustics and vibration projects across infrastructure and industrial sectors. You will conduct field measurements, run propagation analyses, evaluate mitigation strategies, and deliver client-facing reports and proposals.

The role requires a university degree in engineering or science, 5+ years in acoustics, and strong communication skills in English; French language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with relevancy to acoustics or vibrations.
• Experience in environmental noise and vibration measurements and calculations.
• Ability to prepare technical reports and client-facing documentation.
• PMP or CAPM certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake field noise and vibration measurements and data analysis.
• Conduct impact, compliance, and noise reduction studies for various projects.
• Perform sound propagation calculations using specialized software.
• Evaluate mitigation measures and verify performance.
• Write study reports and prepare service proposals.
• Manage projects from planning to delivery.
