Job summary

RWDI is seeking an energetic Acoustics Engineer to join our Toronto team. The role is junior to intermediate and permanent full-time, with at least two years of experience in environmental noise or architectural acoustics within a consulting environment.

You will perform field measurements around the greater Toronto area, deliver high-quality analysis with industry software, and support projects from data collection through reporting while aligning with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in acoustics or related field.
• Acoustical experience is an asset but not required if degree is in acoustics.

Responsibilities

• Conducting field measurements and inspections around the greater Toronto area.
• Producing high-quality analysis using industry software and managing timeline and budget.
• Taking a client-focused approach to support the success of client projects.
• Communicating complex technical concepts in clear terms.
• Adhering to a defined quality assurance process.
• Frequent communication with project managers and clients.
