The ideal candidate will have strong experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions in an AgileKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams.Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and production support.Required Qualifications5+ years of software development experience.Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js/NestJS.Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of secure coding and software engineering best practices.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Banking or Financial Services.Exposure to Kafka, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development.Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Nice to Have: React/Angular exposure, Open Banking, Payments, and DevOps automation experienceThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70000 to 95000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
