Job summary

March Networks is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Tier 1 Support Specialist to remotely monitor customer installations of March Networks products, perform diagnostics, and create service tickets for onsite visits.

You will work within the Managed Services team to maintain health alerts, update the ticketing system, and escalate issues per SLA requirements while supporting customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ and A+ are preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Windows, UNIX/Linux, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and CCTV/security products.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote health monitoring for Managed Services customers and update the NOC ticketing system.
• Perform remote diagnostics and apply fixes on cameras, encoders, and NVRs.
• Escalate issues to NOC Level 2 when needed and coordinate with field technicians.
• Maintain accurate health alert mappings and participate in NOC reporting and troubleshooting tasks.
• Deliver high-quality support to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.
