Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co in Montreal is seeking a Brand Ambassador to create memorable consumer experiences by showcasing products at local No Frills stores. This permanent part-time role offers casual shifts throughout the year, with training provided before your first shift. You will promote products, share key messaging, handle sampling stations, and complete post-shift reporting.

Shifts are Thursday/Friday 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Saturday/Sunday 11:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with setup/teardown of the sampling station.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local No Frills grocery stores.
• Share key product information and answer customer questions.
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions.
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts).
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, and tear down).
• Complete reporting after each shift.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary

• $22/hour
