Mosaic is hiring a Brand Ambassador to create memorable consumer experiences by showcasing and sampling products at No Frills locations in Kirkland and Pierrefonds. This permanent part-time role offers casual shifts, with training provided before your first shift.

Shifts run Thursday & Friday 1:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. You will promote products, answer questions, meet targets, prepare samples, and report after each shift.

Formación

• Must be available Thursdays and Fridays.
• Available to work in Kirkland and Pierrefonds.
• Previous customer service/retail/sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and sharing product messaging.
• Able to stand for shift duration and assist with setup/teardown.

Responsabilidades

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local No Frills grocery stores.
• Share key product information and answer customer questions.
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions.
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts).
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, tear down).
• Complete reporting after each shift.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be available Thursdays and Fridays
• Be available to work in both locations: Kirkland and Pierrefonds
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting
