Job summary

Retailors (Fox Group) stores in Canada are seeking a Store Director to lead Nike retailers. You will assist the Store Manager by managing store functions and floors, and you may run operations in the Head Coach's absence.

You will oversee daily staff activities, set priorities, and drive execution aligned with brand plans. The role requires extensive retail experience with at least 2 years in management, a passion for sports fashion, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and

Responsibilities

• Set priorities for the team and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Recruit and hire top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicate with Visual team and oversee site maintenance.

Additionally, Fox Group Canada is significantly expanding its business portfolio in Canada, and the role of the Store Director is pivotal in leading the future of Nike Retail Stores within the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Assisting the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a store
• Performing all store management functions in absence of Head Coach
• Coordinating and supervises the daily activities of business support staff
• Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with other supervisors
• Applying management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within own unit
• Recruiting and hiring top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment
• Setting priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
• Performing work in support of brand plans; demonstrates link between daily work and company mission; participates in initiatives, and programs
• Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities
• Communicating with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

Pay range: $45,000 - $58,000
