Job summary

Cardinal Health in Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support inbound and outbound operations. You will assist with picking, packing, and shipping, and work with a variety of material handling equipment to move products through the facility.

You will follow SOPs, participate in cross-training, and use a Warehouse Management System to track goods. This role requires flexibility for overtime and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• RF scanner/voice pick experience highly preferred.
• Overtime availability required.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities while working independently or as a team.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Willingness to learn to operate material handling equipment and rotate into various areas of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing and shipping.
• Select large items with equipment or small items and place on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (forklift, order picker, etc.).
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
