Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 1+ year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1+ year team lead experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• RF scanner advanced knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement efforts for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work to optimize shifts.
• Inspire team to meet KPIs using effective leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees for job performance.
• Promote health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Process day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Complete daily reports and propose action plans to improve operations.
