Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, labor planning, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure parts are made on time and meet quality standards.
• Plan labour needs based on schedules, sales orders, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor workforce attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
• Maintain strong employee relations, motivation, and team performance.
• Apply Lean principles to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Schedule and monitor routine equipment and plant maintenance.
• Track labour hours, material usage, and production performance.
• Support planning with labour estimates and production hours.
