Qualifications

• Experience supervising a production team.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of operators on the night shift.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity.
• Train and mentor staff.
• Coordinate production of baseboard, window trim, and door components.
