Job summary

Bimeda in Cambridge, ON seeks a Non-Sterile Machine Operator for the night shift (11:00pm–7:30am) to ensure product quality during packaging. You will operate equipment in a cGMP/SOP environment and document all procedures with precision.

Responsibilities include loading components, inspecting products, and coordinating with supervision. Requires GMP packaging experience, a High School Diploma, and strong math/English skills; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of GMP pharmaceutical packaging experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment following SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Inspect filled bottles and syringes for quality and document any out-of-spec results.
• Load packaging components and labels, and manage carton assembly.
• Monitor labeling and exp-date printing, adjust conveyor speed as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized packaging area and report safety concerns.
