Job summary

Bartlett Co. is seeking a Mill Operator in Jordan Mills, MB. This entry-level position provides hands-on exposure to a crush plant environment and daily operational support.

Compensation starts at $24/hr with shift premiums where applicable, on a rotating schedule including weekends. Key duties include receiving, moving and storing soybeans, operating extraction equipment, and preparing product for truck delivery.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Professional demeanor with safety and quality mindset
• Available to work off hours and weekends
• Experience in a processing plant, refinery, mill, or elevator is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and processing of soybeans
• Operate equipment to extract oil from soybeans
• Prepare and load soybean oil and meal into trucks for delivery
• Complete Safety, Quality and Production documentation
