Job summary

Giveandgo is seeking a night-shift production worker to support the processing and packaging of our food products. You will follow SOPs, health and safety rules, and food quality standards while moving, loading, and packaging on the production line.

This role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in manufacturing, good dexterity, teamwork, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Fine dexterity may be required for some tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks on the production line including loading, unloading, and packaging.
• Move and load trays, operate twist line, and assemble packaging.
• Prepare baking pans, grease, depan, and scrape.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area during the shift.
• Collaborate with team to ensure product quality and output standards.
• Back-up Machine Operator for coverage when needed.
• Follow Health & Safety and food safety policies.
• Report incidents, injuries, and hazards to supervisor.
• Use PPE as required by the company.
• All other duties as assigned.
