Job summary

McCormick Canada is hiring a Night Shift Line Operator to join the Operations team at London, Ontario. You will supply and operate production lines, assist in changeovers, complete checklists, and support maintenance initiatives while working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We seek individuals with an OSSD diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and readiness for overtime. SAP knowledge is an asset; forklift training can be pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• OSSD diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting up to 60 lbs repetitively.
• Willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problems.
• Written and verbal communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Supply and operate production lines.
• Assist in changeovers and complete required checklists.
• Participate in Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives.
• Trouble shoot equipment issues and elevate when needed.
• Make suggestions for line improvements.
• Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures.
