Job summary

Qualifications

Specialized courses normally taught in community colleges (approx. three years).
Licensed Industrial Electrician Certificate (442A) required.
Licensed Industrial Millwright Certificate (433A) required.
5 years of experience as electrician or millwright maintaining material handling equipment.
3 years driving experience with no more than four demerit points on the driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular preventative/predictive maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE) to keep equipment in good repair and compliant with safety standards.
Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical failures to minimize downtime and downstream service impact.
Inspect and monitor MHE and related facilities.
Prepare and maintain safety and operational reports.
Coordinate and document work orders in CMMS.
