Job summary

MCILVENNA BAY CATERING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is seeking a Janitorial Manager for the Eldorado Mine site in Saskatchewan. The role requires leading the janitorial team, ensuring contract standards, and coordinating with the lodge manager on a two-week in-and-out rotation schedule.

The position is full-time and permanent with nights and a Class 5 license requirement. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, oversee housing team activities, and ensure compliance with OH&S and industry

Qualifications

• 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience cleaning/janitorial/maintenance is preferred.
• Construction/Industrial site management is an asset.
• Ability to lead a team and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the janitorial department.
• Monitor and evaluate housing team's daily work activities.
• Ensure contract obligations and standards are met.
• Inspect work areas.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff, including evaluating and managing performance.
• Count and record housing department supply inventory and provide final list for Lodge Manager approval.
• Pick up and deliver supplies to janitorial storage rooms and housing wings.
• Create work schedules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
