MCILVENNA BAY CATERING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is seeking a Janitorial Manager (NIGHTS) at the Eldorado Mine site, SK. The role oversees the janitorial team, reports to the lodge manager, and ensures contract standards are met while coordinating housing and supply logistics.

The position requires 2+ years in management, strong leadership, and ability to work two-week rotations. Travel, meals, and on-site accommodation are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in cleaning/janitorial or maintenance.
• Experience on construction/industrial sites is an asset.
• Ability to lead a team and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct daily janitorial operations.
• Monitor daily housing team activities and evaluate performance.
• Ensure contract standards and safety requirements are met.
• Inspect work areas and manage inventory.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff; schedule work.
