Job summary

Shared Health-Soins Communs is seeking a Health Care Aide at Golden Links Lodge in Winnipeg, MB, working nights and weekends as a casual position in the Nursing department. The role supports residents with activities of daily living and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care.

The successful candidate will have a Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate, one year of experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities per individual Care Plan.
• Maintain hygiene, skin integrity and nutritional support for Residents.
• Document care delivery and report changes to the nurse.
• Support transfer, mobility, and infection control procedures.
• Participate in resident activities and safety protocols.
