Job summary

Alleguard is seeking a 3rd Shift General Labour to support production and repack operations. You will move products through the drying/curing room and prepare items for packing and shipment.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, recording production data, labeling and packaging items, and maintaining a clean, compliant work area. The role requires reliability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High standard of written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Strong motivation and flexibility.
• Analytical and structured work approach.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or instructions to determine tasks and material needs.
• Record units moved using production sheets or tickets.
• Package materials for shipment or storage per standards.
• Label items clearly according to shipping and inventory guidelines.
• Secure pallets and packages for safe transport and storage.
• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow safety policies and environmental requirements.
• Operate in compliance with environmental and safety programs.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
