Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Canada is seeking full-time cleaners in Windsor, Ontario. You will perform high-touch disinfection, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and washroom cleaning while maintaining a professional appearance and delivering outstanding service to clients.

We value teamwork, reliability and the ability to adapt to different sites. A vehicle is provided for commuting; a clear criminal record check is required, and previous commercial cleaning experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Able to lift, bend and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Must have leadership quality.
• Vehicle provided to commute to work locations.
• Clear criminal record check required.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is beneficial.

• Refilling Dispensers
• Emptying Garbage and recycling
• Wet cleaning horizontal surfaces
• Spot cleaning of walls and glass
• Machine running and maintenance
• Additional tasks as requested
• Establish positive rapport with clients when possible
• Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies
• Adherence to all company workplace policies
• Perform other duties as may be required
• Guide staff and problem solve

• Cleaning of washrooms

WORKING CONDITIONS
There is a low risk of exposure to adverse working conditions. However, at this time with the COVID 19 Pandemic extra cleaning precautions are taken and required.
Compensation: $17.60 per hour
