Sun Peaks Grand Hotel in British Columbia is looking for a dedicated overnight Front Desk Associate to join our lively team. Your role involves facilitating quality guest interactions and managing front desk operations, ensuring a remarkable experience for each guest.
We expect you to have at least a year of relevant experience, a passion for guest service, and strong communication skills. Beyond competitive pay, enjoy great perks like seasonal passes and training opportunities, all while being part of a unique mountain community.
We are searching for a strong team player and a people person who can work diligently as a team member and provide an inviting atmosphere for the guest upon arrival and the duration of their stay. You must be comfortable working overnight, diffusing tense situations and directing members of the public. You will also accurately account for/ensure that all end-of-day reporting is accurate. Medium; work activities involve handling loads between 10kg and 20 kg; predominately in an indoor setting.
