Job summary

M30 Retail Services Inc is hiring for a general labourer on an overnight, temporary project in Huntsville, Ontario. The role involves assisting with store renovations, moving fixtures and shelves, stocking product and disposing of construction waste.

Shift is Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm–7:00am, up to 40 hours per week, with $21/hour plus vacation pay. The work is physically demanding and requires safety PPE and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must perform physically demanding labour.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Move and adjust shelving, tables and fixtures in a big-box store.
• Stock or package product for shipment.
• Dispose of construction material and keep areas clean.
• Clean store sections and assist with general labour tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.

$21/hour - General Labourer- Temporary project - Overnights

We are actively recruiting7 temporary labourer(s) for a store renovation project. This job is very physically demanding. You would be assisting in moving store fixtures and product, disposing of construction material, cleaning store sections, adjusting shelf heights and other general labour tasks as required.

• Rate: $21/hour + vacation pay
• Location: ON - Huntsville
• Project Dates: September 27th - November 27th with the potential of extension until June 11th 2027 based on performance
• Availability: Sunday - Thursday, 1030pm - 7am
• Hours per week: Up to 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Moving and adjusting shelving/tables/racking in a big-box store
• Stocking or packaging product for shipment
• Disposing of construction material
• Cleaning store sections
• Other general labourtasksas required
• Physical requirements: Lifting up to 50lbs, on feet for entire shift.

Successful Candidate Qualifications

• Retail experience is considered an asset;
• Ability to put together fixtures/displays and furniture is an asset
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, remain on feet for entire shiftand work in a physically demanding position.
• Positive attitude, reliable, good communicator and fluent in English
• PPE required: CSA Approved Safety footwear,Work Gloves, Hard Hat, Safety Vest and Protective Eyewear
• Completion of WHMIS and OWSA certificate (Mustbe completed prior to starting)
