Job summary

RONA is hiring for a Night Crew - Part Time position in Windsor, ON. The role focuses on receiving deliveries, maintaining inventory flow, and ensuring accuracy during overnight shifts (9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday).

You will operate forklifts and other equipment to move stock, organize shelves, and support store operations. Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience operating store equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, scanner)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
• Commitment to health and safety in the workplace
• Proficiency with material handling equipment is an asset

Responsibilities

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain inventory flow to shelves
• Schedule deliveries and inspections; authorize unscheduled deliveries
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of received inventory
• Complete paperwork with accuracy
• Support store operations to run smoothly
• Shift timing is 9pm–5:30am, Monday to Friday, with no weekends

Become a key member of our Receiving and Handling team! Turn every incoming delivery into a success by ensuring smooth and accurate product flow. Your attention to detail will make all the difference.

Your role:

• Receive all product deliveries and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves (sort and unpack product, operate forklift to transport product to appropriate areas)
• Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
• Shifts run from 9pm to 530am Monday to Friday - no weekends.
• Part Time hours can vary from 1-5 shifts per week.

• Ability to operate store equipment in assigned work area (forklift, pallet jacks, electrical lifts, computer, scanner etc.)
• A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with material handling equipment will be considered an asset
