Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations including handling phone inquiries, coordinating group arrivals and departures, completing guest check‑ins and room assignments, and processing check‑outs with accurate billing and payment collection.
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
• Address guest concerns promptly; elevate issues to the Front Desk Supervisor or Hotel Manager when needed.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local points of interest.
• Arrange services required for guests with special needs.
• Communicate room status and special guest information to other departments.
• Learn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughly.
• Learn the Night Audit procedures.
• Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bring the energy, professionalism, and personality of an exceptional Front Desk Agent.
• Previous experience as a Front Desk or Night Auditor is an asset.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and cash handling; accounting knowledge is a plus (training provided).
• Capable of taking direction, staying organized, and working independently when needed.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings and overnight shifts.
• A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive work environment.
