Job summary

Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB is seeking a Night Auditor for a full-time, winter seasonal role beginning December 15, 2025, ending May 2026. The successful candidate will work four night shifts per week, balance cash, process reservations, and assist guests with requests.

Starting wage is $19.00/hour. Responsibilities include handling calls, group arrivals/departures, room assignments, and coordinating with hotel management on guest issues.

The starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.

What will you do in this job?

• Process telephone calls
• Process group arrivals and departures
• Register arriving guests and assign rooms
• Process guests’ departures, calculate charges and receive payment
• Take, cancel, and change room reservations
• Resolve minor guest complaints and refer to Hotel Manager or Front Desk Supervisor as required
• Refer major guest complaints to Hotel Manager or Front Desk Supervisor
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services, and local points of interest
• Arrange services required for guests with special needs
• Provide information regarding room status and special guests to other departments
• Learn the Emergency Response Manual thoroughly
• Learn the Night Audit procedures
• Perform related Front Desk duties as directed by Supervisor

What Skills & Experience do you need for this job?

• All the personality traits of a top-notch Front Desk Agent
• Basic accounting skills and a self-starter
• Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of accounting and computers an asset (will train)
• Experience as Front Desk Agent an asset
• Ability to accept direction and work with minimal supervision
• Customer Service oriented
• Able to work evenings and nights
• Ability to work within a team
