Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor verifies commercial transactions conducted during the day to balance accounts and deposits, closes cash registers, and handles reception duties during the night. They also welcome guests to ensure the best hotel experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Classify and verify commercial transactions conducted during the day
• Balance accounts and close cash registers for various points of sale
• Produce the daily revenue report
• Answer phones and route calls
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Manage group reservations and arrivals
• Collaborate with security
• Handle customer complaints
• Perform administrative and accounting tasks
