Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Audit Staff at Hilton located in Edmonton, AB. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth night-time operations, including providing reception services, completing audits, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide night-time reception services to ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Complete audits accurately and promptly
• Handle guest queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain effective communication with the Night Manager and team
• Ensure the night porter checklist is completed
• Demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times
• Participate in training and development initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings, room categories, rates, and promotions
• Promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy using up-selling techniques
• Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash according to hotel policies
• Follow procedures for using front-of-house equipment and property management systems
• Adhere to brand standards and policies

Minimum Requirements:
