Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hospitality management company, is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor for Delta Hotels Guelph Conference Centre in Guelph, ON. This role oversees overnight operations and ensures accurate nightly audits in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing daily audit procedures, reconciling revenue postings, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining brand voice across communications.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Related Work Experience: Hotel, Food Service Management, Retail etc.
• Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years preferred.

• Process daily audit procedures and pull daily audit reports.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera.
• Respond to property emergencies with appropriate escalation.
• Validate guest check-ins/outs and verify arrivals.
• Respond to guest inquiries via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, and phone lines.
• Maintain Postcard Cabins brand voice in all guest communications.
• Address guest tickets promptly and support team members to reach goals.

Job Description

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Night Audit Supervisor for Delta Hotels Guelph Conference Centre, Guelph, ON. The pay range for this position would be from $24.50 to $24.55 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.

Job Purpose:

• Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property
• Process daily audit procedure and pull daily audit reports

• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera
• Respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting Assistant General Manager and General Manager as appropriately needed
• Validate guest check-in & check out reservations, verifying all arrivals
• Respond to inquiries from guests in a timely manner via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls from our dedicated Bookings Line
• Maintain the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication
• Respond to ALL guest tickets in a timely manner for supervisingOutposts
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team members to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Supervisory Experience: 1-3 Years preferred

This job requires the ability to perform the following:

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communicationprocess.
• Must be self-directed. There is minimal directsupervision.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal andwritten.
• Must possess basic computationalability.
• Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
