Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• CPA or CFA designation (or near completion)
• CBV designation in view
• 0–1 year of work experience in accounting or Valuations/M&A
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Prepare business valuations for tax planning, financial reporting, and transaction advisory purposes
• Assist in valuing financial instruments (stocks, bonds, derivatives, options, senior debt)
• Develop tailored financial models to inform business plans and transactions
• Draft valuation reports and presentations for management
• Research market data and multiples for valuation purposes
• Support multiple engagements to deliver client deliverables on time
• Engage with clients and internal teams to develop relationships and support business development
