Job summary

BDO Canada is seeking a New Grad Business Analyst to join our Digital/Consulting team. You will engage with clients and project teams to implement finance, HR, and CRM systems, gathering requirements and delivering innovative solutions.

You will configure and train on standard applications from Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, and Dayforce, helping drive client success. You’ll collaborate with executives and teams, participate in workshops, and contribute to internal initiatives while growing your

Qualifications

Post-Secondary degree in business, engineering, Computer Science, or any technology area
Relationship management & consulting acumen
Comfortable interacting with senior level executives including CFOs and VPs
Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions
Self-motivated, articulate & able to engage audiences
Excellent organization, communication & collaboration skills
Bilingual English and French is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing finance, supply chain, HR, and CRM systems
Work interactively with clients to gather requirements and develop solutions
Configure off-the-shelf business applications from leading technology vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Dayforce)
Train client staff to capably perform day-to-day activities
Support growth of BDO by contributing to internal practice initiatives
